PT2Solutions Rental Car Return Policy
This Return Policy outlines the requirements and procedures for returning vehicles rented from PT2Solutions. By renting a vehicle from us, you agree to comply with the terms below.
1. Return Location
All vehicles must be returned to the location specified in the rental agreement, unless prior written authorization is obtained for an alternate drop-off point. Unauthorized drop-offs may incur additional fees.
2. Return Date & Time
The vehicle must be returned on or before the scheduled return date and time stated in your rental contract.
- A 30-minute grace period may be provided.
- Returns after the grace period may result in additional hourly or daily charges.
- Returning the vehicle earlier than the scheduled return date does not guarantee a refund.
3. Vehicle Condition
The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as when it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear.
You may be charged for:
- Excessive dirt, mud, sand, or pet hair
- Cigarette smoke or odors
- New dents, scratches, or body damage
- Broken mirrors, windows, or interior components - Lost keys or key fobs - $1,000 Deductible will be charged onto your card if car is damaged or been in accident
4. Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at checkout unless a prepaid fuel option was selected. Failure to refuel may result in a refueling charge, which may be higher than local pump prices.
5. Mileage Limits
If your rental includes a mileage limit, exceeding the limit will result in additional mileage fees as stated in your rental agreement. Unlimited mileage plans, if purchased, are exempt from these charges. - No taking vehicle out of state lines
6. Late Returns
Failure to return the vehicle on time may result in additional charges, disruption fees, or possible repossession if the vehicle is not returned and contact cannot be established.
7. Cleanliness Requirement
Vehicles should be returned in reasonably clean condition. Excessive messes may result in a cleaning or detailing fee.
8. Damage Reporting
Any damage, mechanical issues, or accidents that occur during the rental period must be reported immediately. - $1,000 Deductible will be charged onto your card if car is damaged or been in accident
9. After-Hours Returns
If available, after-hours returns may be completed using the key drop box. You remain responsible for the vehicle until it is inspected during business hours.
10. Failure to Return the Vehicle
Vehicles not returned within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be considered unauthorized and could result in additional fees, immobilization, or law enforcement involvement.
