2. Rent-to-Own Terms

Weekly payment is $300 per week. All one time payments apply toward purchase price.

3. Down Payment

Down payment (if any) is nonrefundable.

4. Ownership Transfer

Ownership transfers only after all payments and inspection are completed.

5. Permitted Use

Vehicle may be used for rideshare and delivery apps.

6. Insurance

Full coverage required. PT2Solutions must be listed as Additional Insured & Loss Payee.

7. Maintenance

Renter responsible for routine maintenance and negligence damages.

8. Late Payments

Late after 24 hours. $50 late fee. 3+ days late may result in repossession.

9. Default & Repossession

Missed payments or insurance lapse may result in repossession. Payments nonrefundable.

10. No Refunds / Voluntary Return

Returning vehicle early forfeits all payments.

11. Damage / Accidents

Renter responsible for deductible, damages, and loss of use.

12. GPS Tracking

Vehicle may contain GPS tracking and remote disable.

13. No Warranty

Vehicle provided ASIS.

14. Governing Law

State of Texas.

15. Entire Agreement

This document represents entire agreement.
